- Prices quoted are for the exclusive use of the entire property per week.
- Bookings run from Saturday at 4pm until Saturday at 10am.
- There is a no smoking policy in place.
- Dogs are welcome at no extra charge.
- A security deposit of €1000 is due one month before your stay. It will be refunded less the cost of any damages two weeks after your departure.
- A 10% deposit is required to secure a booking. Final rental payment is due eight weeks before your stay.
- Cancelations received more than twenty-eight days in advance of arrival date will receive a full refund.
- Cancelations received less than 28 days in advance of arrival date will receive no refund.
- A local tourist tax is payable before departure at the prevailing local rate, currently €1.10 per adult per night.
